ANCHISE workshop on users’ needs and gaps in the currentTechnologies, Tools and Methods (TTM) offer

APAC Lab researchers involved in the ANCHISE project held an online workshop last Thursday aimed at understanding the needs of users in the fight against illicit trafficking of cultural heritage. ANCHISE project's main goal is to provide sustainable and replicable solutions to the challenges of effective protection of cultural heritage, not just across Europe but also on a global scale.

The workshop was a great success with a diverse range of expert speakers presenting case studies that fit into the three axes of the ANCHISE project: Prevention, Stoppage, and Discovery. Some interesting discussions arose as a result, which will be very useful for the team as they identify the gaps and needs in the existing technologies, tools and methods that are currently available.
