APAC Labs Researcher Named Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London
Mia Trentin, an Associate Research Scientist working with the Andreas Pittas Art Characterization Laboratories, was recently awarded a Fellowship from the Society of Antiquaries of London. Founded in 1707, the SAL is one of the oldest and most prestigious scholarly organizations in the field of archaeology. Its Fellows are recognized for 'excelling in the knowledge of the antiquities and history of this and other nations.’ Mia Trentin, who joined the Cyprus Institute in 2018, has engaged with various projects in STARC and APAC and is one of the driving forces behind APAC’s investigations of medieval graffiti across the Mediterranean.
