APAC Labs in the General Assembly of ARIADNE RI AISBL

APAC Labs researcher Valentina Vassallo was recently in Rome to participate in the General Assembly of ARIADNE RI AISBL, an international association for the promotion of open access to archaeological data, of which The Cyprus Institute is a founding member.

The ARIADNE Research Infrastructure is able to grow thanks to the support of the SHADE (Sharing Heritage and Archaeological Data Effectively) COST Innovation Grant (CIG).

Valentina attended the meeting and updated the other members on the work that APAC Labs are doing for ARIADNE RI in the framework of the EU project ATRIUM and the participation in another project ECHOES for the establishment of the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH). The meeting was also an opportunity for the members to discuss future work and possible collaborations.
